Tough case Dr.Mansure, she had a full recovery, but her initial EF  was 30%; I suggest before attempting, we drop her anti-failure treatment keeping only BB, and observe for any signs of relapse for 1-2 months; if not, then close monitoring during pregnancy Echo every four weeks starting 20th wk and every two weeks starting 30th wk
