“Slow Beats, Fast Decisions: Who will Save the Day?”

A 68-year-old female with past history of diabetes and hypertension as well as peripheral vascular disease with prior right limb below-knee amputation. 

She was brought by family to the ED because of generalized weakness and not feeling well for a couple of days. There was no chest pain or other symptoms reported. Her blood pressure was 98/50 and she was bradycardic.
