Comment to PCI, ICD, both, or none?
    1. No indication for ICD I believe the LVEF by MRI
    2. Fit the complete trial I will fix the RCA and Circumflex.
    3. I will think the LAD will look bigger and better in the next angiography with Nitroglycerin .
    4. The question should he be on Coumadin for apical clot prevention or not ?

    • Tnx. @Khaled Sleik . Anterior wall is non-viable. Also, infero-lateral scarring (not sure how big). RCA is easy to fix, but Cx is a CTO.
