The general thought is the AI wont be replacing physicians however will facilitate their work working side by side
AI has been introduced into Medicin way long before people think, the interpretation that you see on the top of the ECG paper is actually an AI!
so I think physicians will be able to focus on other aspects of medicine as AI gets incorporated more into the field

I would rather look at it as an opportunity for advancement rather than a threat, its more or less the same as when US and imaging modalities came up and people were concerned that it will replace the clinical skills aspect…we will have to keep up with all these rapidly evolving!

Believe me at this level of intelligence I view it as an opportunity to improve and I want to believe it will not becoming a threat but I investigated the leading companies including OpenAI and they plan for Artificial Super-Intelligence (ASI) within the next 10 years and I don't think nobody can keep up especially expert level in medical exams already done by many and openAI are not the only company in this race, this is unprecedented!
