Interesting. Depends on her Clininca history, if ASD/PFI is highly suspected I would go for TEE. Am not uptodate on this, but I think negative bubble probably has lower negative predictive value in ruling out such lesions.

very important to do bubble study with and without valsava method and I agree with Fathi if the clinical question is important then TEE is a most.
