SCRUBDIN TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scrubdin’s mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by local law) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2) Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.

3) Professional Content & Patient Privacy (Important)

4) User Content

“User Content” includes posts, comments, messages, images, and other content you submit.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant Scrubdin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to display content according to your settings.
• You represent you have the rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5) Community Rules

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, or discriminate against others.
• Post illegal content, hate speech, sexually exploitative content (especially involving minors), or content promoting violence.
• Share PHI or confidential information, or violate any professional or legal confidentiality duties.
• Upload malware, scrape the Service, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Use the Service for scams, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

6) Reporting & Moderation

We may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may report content or users through in-app tools (where available) or by contacting us at support@scrubdin.net.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by Scrubdin and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

8) Third-Party Links

The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SCRUBDIN DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF USER CONTENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRUBDIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REPUTATION.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the Service.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date/Last Updated date and may provide additional notice in the Service.
