  • female age >60yr old I don't remember her chronic illness but refer to cardiac centre to do bubble test to confirm ASD or shunt but the result negative just atrial aneurysm

    • Interesting. Depends on her Clininca history, if ASD/PFI is highly suspected I would go for TEE. Am not uptodate on this, but I think negative bubble probably has lower negative predictive value in ruling out such lesions.
