A 48-year-old male post-PCI to LAD. He reports 2/10 chest pain, otherwise hemodynamically stable.

    • Thx @Mansour Khaddr . The dominant WQRS rhythm in the tracing is an AIVR. The case however, is meant to teach "EKG recognition" and not just a pattern recognition.
