female age >60yr old I don't remember her chronic illness but refer to cardiac centre to do bubble test to confirm ASD or shunt but the result negative just atrial aneurysm

Interesting. Depends on her Clininca history, if ASD/PFI is highly suspected I would go for TEE. Am not uptodate on this, but I think negative bubble probably has lower negative predictive value in ruling out such lesions.
